Children Unbuckling Seat Belts Can Risk Their Safety

ARTICLES
Posted on 09 Aug 2009 by BNG Staff

My son is three and a few weeks ago he figured out how to unbuckle the seat belt in the van. He's in a car seat carrier and the belts for the carrier are made child proof, but the belts for the van are not. He reaches behind him and all he has to do is push down on the red button. I never had this issue with my other two kids and I have told my youngest over and over, not to mess with the seat belt. I think he sees the other two unbuckling the belts when they get out of the van, so he feels he can do it at anytime.

Concatenate Baby Names

ARTICLES

What is a concatenate (kŏn-kăt'n-āt)baby name? A concatenate baby nameis formedtogether by two separate names, like a chain. Example: The name Brook and Lynn would form Brooklynn.

Parents name their children in unique ways, and one way is to use the first and middle names of the child to form concatenate nicknames. Another example would be "Brook Lynn Smith". Parents may just call their child Brooklynn instead of Brook. Other examples are Billy Bob, Mary Kay, and Kari Dawn. These combination of names are easily mistaken forthe firstname instead of being separate, which in most cases they are.

What concatenate baby names can you think of?
