A company from Los Angeles (Heelarious.com) sells a soft version of high heels for babies from 0 to 6 months old.  These shoes are not made for walking, but will be a topic for conversations and are so cute. You can purchase the shoes either online or at one of retailers across the country. I personally think this is a wonderful idea.
